Forums Have Been Instated

All forums and sub-forums necessary for the beginning of the RP have been instated, as well as the "character creation" format.
As of now, how the main page of the site looks will remain a constant. All that is left is for me to fill in the functioning of the shop and - more importantly - to put information in the index. I estimate the website to be fully functioning by mid-february. I don't recommend to start WIP profiles or character creation in general until the Index is complete however for obvious reasons, but you may consider the current format to be a preview of how the site will look as of now.
